Important Dates
4 March 2004 Advance registration ends 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time; all check payments must be received.
1 March 2004 Cancellation deadline; all cancellations MUST be in writing.
15 March 2004 Late registration ends; on-site registration will be available.
Important note for students:
The student rate does not include tickets to the Tuesday Reception or Wednesday Banquet. The tickets for these events can be purchased at the registration desk; the price is $30 USD for the reception, and $60 USD for the banquet.

Special for Boston area companies
Multiple employees of a company wishing to attend different sessions can share a single conference registration.
Please register once per company using this PDF form, indicating on it that this is a corporate registration. Make sure to mark the box for the corporate badge.
IEEE Member and Student Member Discounts
To qualify for discounted registration rates, provide your current IEEE or IEEE Computer Society membership number with your registration. If you are not currently a member, you can enjoy discounted registration rates by applying for IEEE, or IEEE Computer Society membership now.
Confirmation Letters – Registration/Attendance
An automatic email confirmation will be sent to those registering online. Faxed and mailed registrations providing email addresses will receive an email or mailed confirmation within 10 business days. Conference attendants requiring confirmation letters for visa purposes must send an email to salzberg@ccs.neu.edu with a subject line “visa letter request” after they register.
Cancellations
Cancellations are allowed. However, full registration fees will be charged unless a cancellation notice is received in writing, or faxed on or before 1 March 2004 to:
