Title: String Barcoding Problem

 There are many critical situations when one needs to rapidly identify an unknown 
microorganism (virus, bacteria, etc) from among a given set of microorganisms.
String barcoding is a recently introduced technique for such identifications.
In this talk I will present two methods for solving the problem: one, by writing it 
as an integer linear program, and second, by seeing it as a setcover problem.
