This
page contains information about the things you need to turn in at the final
competition. They come in two parts, the final assignment and the project
evaluation. Your team will also bring in
your project report.
The final assignment asks you to answer a single
question. Your answer should be
submitted electronically in email to robert@engr.uconn.edu,
with “282 final assignment” in the subject line. You should also bring a hard copy of your
answer to the final competition. NOTE: I fixed a typo on the final assignment
on May 4th—in question 2 it should have said four pieces per side,
not two. –r.
The
project evaluation is a questionnaire that I would like you to fill out
concerning the project and the course.
These are being collected as part of a study, Machine Learning Lab
Experience in Artificial Intelligence, that is looking at the effectiveness of
Machine Learning projects, as well as for feedback to me so I can improve the
project and course in the future. This has
been approved by the UConn IRB, see the attached information
sheet for details.
There
are two versions: projectQuestionnaire.txt,
which is in plain text and should work in most editors—I checked emacs and
notepad, plus projectQuestionnaire.doc,
which is a MS Word document, since Word did a poor job with the plain text
file. Use either form: edit in your answers and print it out (or print
it out and answer by hand). Bring your
completed questionnaire to the final competition. If you choose to not fill out the
questionnaire, print it out without answers and bring that hard copy to the
final competition. The questionnaires
will be cleverly kept from me until I have assigned the grades for this course.
Any
questions, let me know. Have a good
week, and I look forward to seeing you all at the competition.
