Applying to our Program
Application deadlines and requirements are set by the University and the School of Engineering. Students must first be accepted to UConn; see the admissions website. The department offers four distinct undergraduate major programs:
The department also offers a 5-year Integrated Bachelor’s and Master of Science program in CS, CSE, CompE, and DSE, more info on this program can be found here.
The department also offers two minors in computing: the Computer Science Minor, and the Information Technology Minor.
The Computer Science and Engineering program is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission and the Computing Accreditation Commission of ABET. The Computer Science programs is accredited by the Computing Accreditation Commission of ABET. The Computer Engineering program is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET.
Open House is held twice during the Fall Semester and once during Spring semester.
