Applying to our Program
Application deadlines and requirements are set by the University and the College of Engineering. Students must first be accepted to UConn; see the admissions website. For prospective high school students, see the engineering school prospective student guide. Current UConn students may apply to the College of Engineering using an online application. Major Programs
The department offers four distinct undergraduate major programs:

Minor Programs
The department also offers two minors in computing: the Computer Science Minor, and the Information Technology Minor.
Accreditation
The Computer Science and Engineering program is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission and the Computing Accreditation Commission of ABET. The Computer Science programs is accredited by the Computing Accreditation Commission of ABET. The Computer Engineering program is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET.
Open House
Open House is held twice during the Fall Semester and once during Spring semester.
